This addition to an existing 270,000 SF library adds a new face to the building entrance, providing students with a place to collaborate, socialize, and relax. Conceived as a beacon at the heart of the main campus plaza, this all-glass building incorporates a host of innovative efficiency strategies to meet stringent energy goals.

YR&G services included green design technical support, analysis and recommendations, energy modeling, massing, shading and glare studies, LEED certification coordination, and renewable energy feasibility analysis. YR&G also facilitated a series of team discussions to optimize the project’s sustainability components.
