The TOD conference draws on the expertise of more than 300 industry leaders in development, finance, brokerage, property owners, planning, and other public and private-sector professionals in land use.
TOD Marketplace is structured as three Tracks–“Lessons Learned Since 1994,” “Present Trends and Case Studies,” and “TOD in the Digital Age,”– each with three Concurrent Sessions—nine panels in all. These are bracketed by General Sessions including a breakfast keynote, lunch panel, closing panel, and networking reception. General sessions take place in the Capitol Ballroom on the third floor of the Hyatt.

Technical Advisory Panels at TODs: What’s Next?
ULI Colorado has conducted 50+ Technical Advisory Panels (TAPs), many at TODs. In these exercises, leading ULI members volunteer to help communities determine best uses for station areas. This session examines challenges and progress at three overlooked stations: Aurora 13th Avenue (R Line, two stops from Anschutz Medical Center); 40th and Colorado (A Line, two stops from downtown); and Wheat Ridge/Ward Road (end of Gold Line). Sessions are led by ULI TAP participants paired with a representative of the host community.
